- can't park by your building. Complex doesnt enforce parking rules which makes it impossible to find parking once you get home.
- Gate's don't controll access to apartment. People park at the gate until a resident shows up and they follow you in. Gate don't open every once in a while
- The apartments are cheaply built.
- Management doesn't respond well to confict.
- Machines in the gym are often broken and rarely fixed
- Maintenance issues go unfixed for long periods of time
- They put some so much hype about having a courtesy officer to help you out, but no one ever sees him. You can call all you want and he won't show up

They have a 48hr fix-it policy. And if its not done by then...your rent is free. So if your getting screwed, maybe you should look into that.

Oh my God!! Are you serious?? I have called to have maintenance come and it has taken FOREVER. My wife called the other day and said it has been almost 3 weeks since she submitted a work request - for something simple like resealing the bathtub. I'M GOING TO GET MY FREE RENT!!!!
