Well, things have changed over some months of living here. Nice place to look at from outside. Spacious apartment with luxurious look; BUT.

-- EXTREMELY thin walls. Neighbors sound like a herd of elephants on ceiling. Toilet water running down the pipe sounds like underground river behind your wall. You can hear people walking down the steps outside. I'm getting extremely tired of it.

-- Who in the world is the 'security officer''' Who has ever seen him' Does he have a picture and a phone number we can call that is READILY available' When you call the office, they don't have his contact information on the voice mail.

-- Maintenance may fix stuff right, but why do they take so long' Why must you call a month after the first request just



to get them to respond'(the second notification gets a faster [1 week later] response time)

-- The rent is WAY TOO HIGH. If I am going to pay this '4 bedroom house mortgage payment', I should have some better maintenance. (some better tenants also)

-- Dog crap EVERYWHERE. Grounds maintenance tries to clean it up during the day, but it comes back later. People don't really clean up after their pets.

-- Don't ever come back home after 8pm, because you won't find a place to park your car. No parking enforcement
