Ok here is the deal Miss Beni Barfield. I have asked you multiple times to remove me from the call list and each time has failed so I am on here now! I bet you will remove me now! I am so tired of getting calls from Network Multifamily telling me that the alarm at the Lakeside at Town Center club house is going off! I have not worked at that location since October of 2006 but still receive regular calls. I don't understand why is it so hard for you to contact Network and have me removed from the account. I remember when I was working there that your office staff left the door at the bottom of the stairs unlocked overnight on a regular basis, maybe If you would train your staff to check it before they left then the problem of all the alarms would be solved! I could go on and on about things that I saw that went on there but I will not stoop down to that level because I know Sterling looks at these reviews. On a personal note, I am glad I am no longer working at that property! If I knew that I was transfering to a DRAMA laced property, I would have never accepted the position when I left Stoneridge at Vinings. The people at Stoneridge were great and I did not have to deal with all the drama that went on at your property. I guess I should have known better then to transfer to a property where 50% of the staff is living the alternative lifestyle. I also wish I went about punishing one of them- maint tech Cindy Wilson in a different matter then I did because if I did Cindy would not be employed with Westdale and I still would be today. She somehow managed to turn it around on me when all I did was not speak up to Elizabeth Heller when she was going to Lakeside residents telling them that I was mean and didn't know what I was doing and the Parkside staff telling them that I was sleeping in apartments and that I din't know what I was doing. She is an evil and hateful person and is not right in the head!!! To the Sterling guys, Westdale Asset is a great management company to have running your two properties, I have enjoyed working with them with the exception of Lakeside. I do however know that your Lakeside property would do much better if you made Westdale change the manager. I know your occupancy was at 85% in January 07 and I know why! In case you don't know who I am I was the maint sup at Parkside at Town Center up until I was fired the beginning of Feb. I was fired because of the drama and lies fabricated by Cindy and Beni in particular. They made up stories because I had their groundskeeper Jonathan fired because I found drugs in his apartment at Parkside. I am pretty sure Walker a resident of Lakeside up until Feb 07 which is also Jonathans friend had a part in getting me fired as well. Jonathan happens to be Cindy's good friend and got the job through Cindy. I could go on and on but I won't so I will stop it here. I will remove this post after this weekend but if I get any kind of phone call from Network in the future I will repost this and a whole lot more. To potential renters, Lakeside is a beautiful property so please do not let this post discourage you from checking out the place.

Beni, Beni, Beni...what can you say? That woman is so d*mn lazy and she doesn't have a clue how to do her job. She doesn't know how to handle certain situations and hides from tenants, I've seen her do it and she's even told me that she doesn't know what to do. Why the h*ll would you take that kind of job if you don't have a clue what you're doing. I hated that complex and I would NOT recommend it to anyone!!!!!!!!! I had nothing but headaches from management and the tenants. I can go on and on and on and on about how bad this place is. If you're thinking about living there forget about it and keep it moving!
