The staff is extremely rude and difficult to deal with. Building 10 is disgusting; no upkeep at all. Smells of urine; feces; loud, obnoxious tenants; floor and bed vibrate with the music; parties at all hours of the day and night. Food, containers, trash, clothing, shoes all over the parking areas, stairs full of cigarette butts, shoe polish (container there for 3 wks plus); cobwebs, stained flooring with food, etc. Broken glass on the stairwells, path way to parking, an all over trash can appearance. The so-called security gates broken for the past month; there is no security. The workmanship is inferior, wipe the walls clean and it leaves a stain; places were screws were applied to press board, the plaster is falling off. It is like living in the ghetto. Dogs barking all night long, loud tenants all the time. Large dogs left on the balconies all day during the heat of the summer. The staff is more worried about a parked car with an apartment sticker and having it towed rather than the cleanliness, safety of their property. What is their slogan when answering the phone, "Lakeside where it's more than a place to live", what is up with that' What a bunch garbage, "we care about our tenants", NOT! One staff member tells you one thing, the next tells you another story! Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Very unpleasant experience; will never recommend anyone to this facility. Parking, people park wherever the hell they like, parking in handicapped parking when they are not handicapped to say the least.

I would have to agree. I moved into this apartment complex back in May 2006. I have since moved. It was nice at first, but it got worse and worse as time went by.
