Although the appearance and amenities of the apartment community are visually appealing and the location is ideal, I must say that there are more cons than pros to signing a lease here.
1. Unless you get an apt on the top floor expect the thin walls/floor to be an issue!
2. It seems since they changed management recently they're now letting a lot more "rowdy" people move in as when I first signed it was a lot more working professional.
3. RED FLAG!!!! There's an apt complex across the street that's lower in standards let's just say and all of the kids from there always are running over to these apts through the gate and residents kids here bring them over to hang out by the clubhouse, all over the streets, and make a ton of noise! Not cool at all!
4. Ant problems in the summer! Every spring leading into summer I've had massive amounts of ants invading the apt no matter how much I clean or take out the trash!
They are in the walls/under the foundation I believe and nothing has stopped them yet!
5. Not all of the office staff but particularly the, "Assistant manager" (she know's who she is...) is one of the most fake, inconsiderate, and egotistical people I have ever met! You'd think to some degree she'd appreciate tenants for basically keeping her employed but her work ethic and demeanor are crude to say the least!
In result, if you don't mind dealing with the above mentioned then be my gust but this is just a fore warning not to be swept up into the home-like appearance of the apts and community. It's really nothing but sugar coated! And no....I will not be renewing my lease!
