The staff and tenents @ lakside have gone down hill!
Although this appears to be nice, that is all it is - APEARENCES!
If you take your time to really evaluate this property you will find that it has many issues that the staff is unwilling to address.
And while certain rules are enforced, like getting their money, your safety is not a priority, long with the abilities to enjoy what you pay for!
Parking, noise, grounds and safety are a big concern for me and the staff made me think it was for them too! But, it is NOT!
The staff has proven themselves to be so unprofessional, uncaring, undedicated to providing you with a safe, pleasent place to live!
The continuing rent hikes are getting out of hand!
The only people who enjoy Lakeside are the kids from the nieghboring complex, who have to be smarter than the staff, since they continually outwit them on the most basic levels!
Hopefully the dumbest of them all (Rita) will move on to her next social service job before you even consider moving in here! Stupid, does not even begin to label her! And the rest of the staff, is just inches behind!

Can I get someone to tell me really how the apartments are.I understand your personal issue back for real is it a nice place to move or not.

WOW!!! I heard from my sister that these apartments looked amazing, but now that i have seen yor complaints and many others, i will have to take my money somewhere else, thanks for the heads up!!!
