Forced to vacate

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
Original rent $815. Got a 60-day renewal notice rent $615, got a 30-day notice rent $615. Thinking we had a good deal, so we signed the new lease. A few day later management refuses to honor lease. We finally settle for the same rent as the original lease. Bare in mind that management want to raise my rent to $1015. From the first day of the start of the new lease problems started to happen with us and the management. I even got a notice for having a brand new barbecue grill still in the box that I had sitting in the patio. It sat there 2 hours before I moved it to the garage but I was given a warning. I put a garbage bag outside my door to take out and the next day I get another notice that I am leaving garbage bags outside of the apartment. A water leak happen behind the bathroom tub that cause the wall to cave in, it took them two weeks to even look at it. The carpet stayed wet for the two week. I force them to give me a credit on my water bill which went from the average of $35 a month to $147. And made them replace the entire carpet because of the mildew. The management gave me 3 days to vacate because I had 4 violations of their so call policy. I believe we were forced out because of the low rent we was paying. I was never ever late or miss any rent payment from day one. Oh yeah don't forget the big water bugs(big roaches) in the apartment.
