Unfortunately, this place is just not terrific. The staff are friendly, but they lie about resolving maintenance problems. They have pest control under contract, but the roach infestation in the buildings is probably not resolvable without moving everyone out, bombing the place with napalm for a few monthes, and they letting people move back in.
It's sad, because this place has the potential to be a real deal, but the swimming pool area is NASTY, and there is constant annoyances from people who want to remain in the ghetto.
