These apartment are in a good school district and some of the staff are very friendly. The people are very loud and the walls are thin. There was roaches in my apartment when I moved in I complained every single week and every week they would spray and the roaches seemed to get worse. The apartment was not cleaned before I moved in and when I complained about it I was told that I know how men clean up. I did not have the option to move into a renovated apartment and the cabinets where rotting out, there were also rat droppings under the cabinets even though the manager insisted that there were no rats. On several occasions roaches came from the vents meaning they where coming from other apartments. The stove did not work properly and they never replaced it. There were several placed on the walls that the wood was rotting. My bathroom sink was clogged the entire time I lived there each time they would unclog it the guest bathroom drain would stop up. The front door does not have a good seal around it so light and air from the outside come in the windows also are not sealed properly.I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone that had a choice in where they live.
