Moving here was the worst mistake we ever made. The staff are not helpful unless you are illegal. Otherwise they will fabricate reasons to have you evicted. Maintenance is a joke. Don't count on anything being fixed. We moved in january with no heat to a brand new apartment. An office manager has a brother who lives here and causes trouble. Nothing is done about it. People do drugs in the parking lot. Kids cause problems and are never monitored by adults or reprimanded.
It's way overpriced. Basically a ghetto giving a nice town a bad name. If you're a citizen, stay away. You will have problems. Guarenteed. You will not be able to prove it and you will end up getting screwed financially. The staff are not professional and shouldn't be allowed to work in any business environment other than McDonald's. Even then they should only be allowed to clean bathrooms and take out the trash. All they do is ride around in golf carts all day or park at home and hang out during the workday. They are friendly in a two-faced way. It's like living with a mix of Mr. Rogers and Jekyll and Hyde. We were given the wrong keys and later found that to be common. There's been break-ins, arsony, and murder. They should be shut down.

i been for going on four years and i have never had a break in nor do i have a problem with the kids. they are just kids. and most parents do watch the kids bc they are sitting on the patio watching them when i pass by
