I moved from NY to Marietta Ga back in August of 08.. My leasing consultant was Takashi.. She was wonderful.. She went well above and beyond her duties to make sure everything was perfect when I moved in.. If there is a problem in the apt, it is taken care of the same day or the next day... The Property Manager Maria is great also.. There are laundry rooms on the premises that are well maintained and VERY inexpensive..
I have no problem getting parking.. Even when I get home late from work... I'm usually just a few steps from my apt door...The property is well lit which for a woman living alone with her daughter is a great security... I feel very safe here...
All the staff and maintenance personel are very curtious and will go out of their way to make you happy..
If you want a nice place to live in a safe enviorment, Las Colinas is the place to be..
