I have only been at Las Colinas for close to a month, but I have been extremely impressed with the high effort the staff puts into Customer Service and Satisfaction. This is a great place to live for these reasons:
1. Very cheerful and helpful Leasing Consultants.
2. Very prompt and knowledgeable Maintenance Crew.
3. Great amenities (Pool, jogging area, fitness room, and basketball court)
4. Laid back and quiet tenants.
5. Beyond reasonable rent prices and Move-in Specials.
6. Well built apartment homes and efficient appliances.
7. Positioned near Shopping Centers and restaurants.
If you are looking for a relaxed environment to call home, that won't cost you fortune you should definitely visit this Apartment Community.

Tha's true I love Las Colinas! I think that I'm going to stay here for another 5 years! The people at the office ios really nice, I think that the manager is a really nice persone and takes care of the residents and the property, since the new Manager "B" came to the property everything got better she is making abetter change in here.
