I only lived here for one year we had rats in the ceiling and the walls bugs everywhere.
The maintenance is trash they say they fixed things and they never even checked the problem. The office staff is definately a joke,Even the corporate office! They will lie to you every time you contact them with a problem.The office manager AnnA is a ----- we pay our rent early and she calls us with her smart attitued stat. that we are late and have late fees.These apt's have their on water Co. and they charge you for the whole properties cold water which is three pools that are always nasty by the way and two hot tubs that are either ice cold or never filled with water OH don't forget the carwash and the waterfall in front OH OH and there are over 700 apt's here and you pay a percentage of all that cold water. They forgot to tell you that when you move in. Murders, Robberies and so many drug dealers. Looks like a nice place when I drove through But I have a child and we can't even walk the dog without witnessing a shooting or drug deals. No insulation so be prepared for High power bills and hearing all of what your neighbors are doing and saying. The office staff, well they are not so nice some of the rudest people I have ever been around but don't worry they won't be there long they come and go because even the employee's can't bare to stay there. Please what ever you do Don't move here! I know rent is cheap That's what caught our eye well that and the location but the trouble here is not worth it. Please I am WARNING you it is a Ripoff. If you plan to move here anyway ask about apt 1733 if it's avail. you want it! fairly new and we took good care of it better than the other apt's.
