Murder, rip off's and bad management!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The title says it all. The place is ghetto! 3 murders in less then 6 months.. Deals' Never believe what you here. A set price' Ha! Pay your rent on time' Well here, even if you do, they'll still say you're late! And the list goes on.....
