We have lived here for over a year and have never had any problems. Our family is very happy here and would like to say that we have livedin 5 apartment communities in the last 8 years. The apartments that we stayed at cost more, the maintenance wasn't as good as here. The leasing team was good until you got into the apartment then you would be put on the "when we get around to it" list. Here at The Falls I have seen at least one but most of the time two activities a month. The leasing team is so nice here and always tries to do what they can to make our stay here that much nicer. We would like others to know what a great community it is here!

Just wait for your lease to renew, they'll takc on a couple hundred extra, tell you not to use the pool becouse the health department shut it down, and they will eventually get the dumpsters emptied.....maybe.

And when did you move in yesterday ?! And of course I'm going to guess you never renewed a lease with this "Wonderful" place !!! I am the author of the 5/19/2004 review and I still say there is nothing that could make this place better!! Please think location and money is not everything!!!!!!!!!!!
