Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Only had one problem with some young teenagers. Went looking for the retired cops over at 43 building. They handled it. All four of them, went and knocked on these boys doors with baseball bats and told them they had to move because of the drug activity. Two days later there was a U haul at the problem apartment and they were gone.
Thanks to the four horsemen!

Place is a good value for the rent. Most neighbors look out for each other and help each other. I plan on staying. My children have made a lot of friends here. Most children are well behaved.
