This community has an incredible brand new office staff!The new maintenance manager is always up to the task! My deciding factor in renewing for my third year was the falls is the only community in the area that has resident events!

resident events do it for ya huh? funny i drove by the leasing office the other night and the lights were on but no one was was there. this sound familiar to you?
