I just have to write to tell you how much I appreciate Roger W. the Assistant Service Manager at the Falls of Bells Ferry - while I totally hate it here (when lease is up I'm gone)- the office staff sucks - and you know who you are -- any time I have ever had a service problem Roger as always taken good care of us. Now I wouldn't recommend living here unless you are looking to move into a home and need cheap rent to save for a deposit or you like to party at all hours and disregard your neighbours rights. The noise level is horrible and Ellen, community manager, is afraid of her own reflection (I'm sorry but you are). If you ever need service help request Roger he will take good care of you and he is pleasure to chat with too. A very nice guy.
