It's rental property!!! I haven't had any complaints. Those guys at building 43 should have more picnics. They cook for the whole neighborhood and have block parties. I wish all cops were that nice! The one guy walks his dog through the whole complex twice a day. Crime has been almost non existant since they took charge.
