I want to thank all the reviews before me for saving me a HUGE headache. I too almost moved here until the day came for me to sign the lease and I saw the apartment that I was to move into. I wouldn't want my dog to live there. It was dirty and the smell would kill a horse. The staff said that they would fix the problems, but not before I signed the lease. No thank you. I think that it is so unprofessional to offer residents places to live that start off with a list of work-orders before you even move in.
