The community has changed for the best ! They are putting up a brand new gate and have renoveted the entire place ! The prices are still the lowest in the area and with the new office and maintenance staff this is the best place to live in Marietta !

this person has obviously either fallen and bumped their head or they work for aimco...you get what you pay for here. and a little more trash to go with it.

I live here and it is awful...the management staff is nice...but that is all. When I signed the lease, the (old) managemnet told me they ran background checks for felonys...I recently found out they only check for sex offenders---(If you kill someone you can live here..just as long as you didn't rape them!!) Also there is stuff stolen out of vehicles on a regular basis. AND THERE IS NO GATE!!!! THIS WAS A LIE....MY FIANCE RECENTLY HAD $4000 WORTH OF STUFF STOLEN OUT OF THIS TRUCK...THERE IS NO GATE AND NO CAMERAS....

I just moved here and there is a gate going up. However , is the gate being put in place to keep people out, or to keep the trash in??? This place is overrun with pre-felons and excons. There is new management, but when will THEY clean this place up?
