They have a 24-hour maintenance response guarantee that if they do not respond within 24 hours, you are credited each day's rent for the time it takes them to respond. Took them a week. Manager, Angelica, refuses to credit me my rent. Friendly over e-mail, rude as hell when confronted.
By the way, my maintenance request was for a toilet that would not flush. No, I'm not a dumbass who flushed tampons/paper towels/etc down the toilet. It just gradually lost its flushing power. After a few days, it gets disgusting as you can probably imagine.
First guy that came out was really friendly. He replaced the entire insides of the toilet but didn't fix the flushing problem. Just mentioned that the toilet was damn old and hopefully that's all I needed.
Next day, irritated that I still can't flush my toilet, I call Angelica and another guy comes out. He gets my toilet to flush after dropping a couple f-bombs, but an hour later I go back into my bathroom and oops, there's water all over the floor.
I haven't been able to use the left side of my kitchen sink for 2 weeks because maintenance can't figure out why it's spurting out water into the cabinet.
Don't move here, it's not worth it.
