Awful experiences

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
we have lived here for over 2 years, and its been hell for us. we cant move for financial reasons....but if we could we would in a split second. horrible neighbors, no dog-leash laws, and 'customer service' staff that actually yells at you!!!
