For 3 months during the winter I didn't have heat after numerous calls to maint. and one week after the next they'd promise they'd be back. When I'd complain the office MANAGER told me it was my responsibilty to keep on top of their staff. My apt was brokken into and trashed because the police said "the locks were inadequte" I didn't have a counter top or cabinets in my apts for the first 3 months because per the Manager again "we can't get a maintenance manager and so the ball just keeps being dropped." I had roaches and termites larvey coming out of my walls because they arn't properly insulated and theres no cement under the carpets it's sheer dirt as if the foundation doesn't exsist. This is the worst place. I rented because the rent was cheap, but you'd be better off lving in the projects then here. Oh and need I mention the swat team the one afternoon I was greeted by after a man was shot in the head! Don't believe me ask cobb county police dept. I terminated my lease early to get the hell out of there.
