OK... I'VE READ ALL THE 72 COMMENTS.. HEY LOOK... THE FALLS HAS BEEN RENOVATED... ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING.. ROLLING HILLS... GIVE ME A BREAK!!!! THERE IS CRIME EVERYWHERE... OK' IF YOU ARE A KSU STUDENT OR SOMEONE LOOKING FOR A PLACE IN THAT VICINITY.. CHECK IT OUT!!!! MY DAUGHTER LIVED THERE... YEP, SINGLE FEMALE.. AND THE TIME FRAME WAS JULY 2004 TO JULY 2005... SO WHOEVER THINKS THIS IS ONE STEP UP FROM THE GHETTO.. WELL THINK AGAIN.. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM RESPONDED TO EACH NEED SHE HAD IN A TIMELY MANNER.. AND GET THIS.. SHE IS A KSU STUDENT AND A WORKS PART TIME AT A SPORTS BAR AS A WAITRESS.. AND SHE CAME IN AT VERY LATE HOURS AND NOT ONCE HAD AN INCIDENT.. THE SECURITY WAS ALWAYS PRESENT AND SHE DID NOT HAVE FEAR AT ALL! SO.. WITH THAT BEING SAID.. I THINK THE REVIEWS ARE UNFAIR THAT ARE POSTED... CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF!
