I've been residing here at the falls for a few months...Personally I love it!

I've recently relocated to Atlanta.

While browsing the Marietta area and before moving here I'd read so many terrible things about the "quality of living" here at the Falls, crime-sprees, bugs, maintenance issues, etc.

I decided to visit..2 separate occasions-once during the day and once during the night) to see for myself what it was really like... One review mentioned that things ONLY happened at night...not during the day, Simply put: THEY LIED!


I DON'T DO bugs. Surely this would've become a major issue for me had it been true! I'm glad it wasn't. Some pleople are just dirty and don't clean...what else should they expect to live in!

Thank God the stuff I'd read was only a "STORY!"

I've recommended this place to a friend I'd recently met and she moved in shortly thereafter.

This place is too quiet, clean picturesque.... I'm a VERY picky person (who by the way rents one of the apartments that was completely RE-DONE) and I'm so glad that I've stepped out on FAITH and moved in despite what I'd read prior...

I can only say that perhaps others have had bad experiences. I cannot speak for them I am just happy I didn't believe the stories and came to experience it for myself.

The MORAL of MY REVIEW is this: Look Deep B4 you LEAP... I am so glad that I did.

There are cockroach droppings outside on my patio underneath the column where they are nesting. Would you like to come see it for yourself? They are still there, but I would recommend you stop by soon before they hibernate for winter.
