since they have worked on all the new renovations the place seems to be much better. it looks much nicer outside and inside. They are quicker to respond to complaints and are installing a gate that should help with the security. live on top floor so don't know about noise. I have referred a couple of people here. price is reasonable.

This place changed names to escape their bad reputation. Just like Atlanta changing Stewart Avenue to Metropolitan Avenue. Same place, vice, victims, and villans. I'm in law enforcement, I live here to gather intel. I wouldn't allow my sisters to live here. My drug dog hits on two dozen vehicles a day on our daily walks. Maintenance is excellent. Office girls will lie to you about the crime. If you want to know real info, flag down a cop. We'll give you the real facts.
