I don't believe everyone's experience to be the same at their apartments, it all depends on their needs but it sounds like some people are way too harsh! I LOVE this place. I have lived here for 4 months now and it was definitely the right choice. My boyfriend and I take our daughter for walks every night and feel 100%..never had an issue. Half the time I don't lock the door or my car doors...naive I know but that's the way I am. I have not seen any so-called drugs deals. Most people that live here work full time so it's VERY quiet during the day. And honestly, I haven't heard anything but the occasional kid laughing and playing during the day (because we live right by the playground). I love the people that live here, they are all so nice! The staff could use some organization (as far as management goes), but I haven't found this to be a big issue. The ONLY thing negative about these apartments is they don't have the security gates working yet. I would like to see them actually working and they haven't since we moved in. I recommended my dad to live here and he moved in too! He likes it..very affordable, only complaint he has is living under someone who makes a lot of noise. but we live on top so I wouldn't know bout that.
