Please do not think twice about living here, the people that work at the leasing office are so rude, I called the office one day to tell them that my apartment was infested with roaches and other bugs I have never seen before and they hung up on me. I could hear every move my neighbors made. You will never be able to find a parking space, and dont count on the maintenance men to come fix your problem you will have to call them numerous times to finally get anything done. They should have renamed it Motel 6 instead of Laurel Hills Preserve.
