I moved into Laurel Hills Preserve this summer after the leasing staff told me that there is no crime, it is a safe neighborhood, background checks are done, and that maintanence is wonderful. On my moving day, I got to the leasing office to find out nothing was as they said - all of the features that they promised me were all of a sudden different. My air has not worked for even a day, and maintanence tells me because it is hot outside - isn't that why we have ac' My neighbors upstairs have a child that is constantly jumping making pictures fall and my chandeleir constantly shake. There are drug deals made on a regular basis, and I found out that there has been a BIG problem with car break ins. A minor detail they left out when I specifically asked about the crime in here - this was written on a sign posted by some mailboxes (not the ones by leasing office). Then yesterday I found out that people in here are notorious for stealing cable. That is what the comcast guy told me when he came to hook mine back up after someone had unhooked mine & hooked theirs up to it instead! Bottom line - DO NOT LIVE here - biggest POS I've ever seen!
