This place is awful! I have had so much trouble since the day I moved in!

When you come to look at the complex they show your beautiful models that have been remodeled and updated. They brag about all the upgrades they have done.. -------- they have done nothing. The amenities suck, the pools are gross, the car wash vacuums never work. It is loud all the time, drugs everywhere. Piles of dog poop are endless.

It is so old here that you can't have cable in both your bedroom and your living room through comcast. The wires can't handle it. I have also had my cable stolen several times and it is really annoying.

People have the nasty ---- on their porches, they think it is a second living room or something.

You sign a leasing agreement saying that you will respect the property and the property will take care of you. That is crap, the staff here is rude and very unprofessional. Especially PAULA biggest, she is the biggest ----- ever and very disrespectful to residents. I have had 3 encounters with her and she is still here despite my complaints. If you are not black, you are treated like ---- by the staff as well.

Bugs and roaches are always in the apartment. DISGUSTING!! there is mold growing everywhere and you can't get the smell out.

I couldn't agree more with all that was said here. I could go on and on with the things that are wrong with the apartment we live in but I won't. My not signing another lease and making sure all my friends and family know how awful it is, this is how we are spreading the word.

I agree with you 100%!! They are such rude people and don't care about any problems you have. You have to threaten them just to get them to do something. We had a leak coming from a pipe in the walls, and they came and tore down the wall 2 weeks ago, and still haven't been back to fix the hole, and then when they lifted the carpet there was mold EVERYWHERE!! I told them I was pregnant, and they STILL havent come to fix it. I called them today and told them that I was going to take action if this didnt get fixed. So I guess we will see if it got fixed today like they said.
