It seems to me that nothing has changed. The only postive reviews that this dump gets are from the management. I guess you can't blame them for trying to defend the hell hole that they work and live at. This place will never be anything more than a rip off, rat/bug infested DUMP!! If you are wise you will threaten a lawsuit if you ask for things to be fixed and they don't do it. Keep a note of EVERYTHING. Make sure that you put stuff in writing to them as well and send it certified mail. That way you have proof of a request because if you don't they will say they never heard from you and then it will take them even longer to "half a**" fix whatever the problem is. Terry Considine is the President of this apartment community. I have forgotten the name of the company though. Just look him up on Google. You can find his number and just start raising hel* to his office. They will come down on the sorry a** management in a heartbeat. That's what we had to do to get anything done and it WORKED. We got out of our place and our deposit was RETURNED. If they don't want to help you then I suggest you take your rent to the courthouse and have them hold it there and give the management a 30 day notice that you want EVERYTHING fixed of you want OUT. The courts will stand beside you ALL the way. They can't kick you out if the courts are holding your rent for repairs. It's against the law. So take all of the necessary actions and get your families OUT OF THIS PLACE!! It's a hel* hole!! Rats, lost keys, mold, broken toilets, leaks from above, drugs, theft, broken cabinets, broken glass, broken front doors, rotten carpet, bugs, nasty breezeways, unruly neighbors, dead bodies in the swimming pool, and an ignorant helpless staff. That's what you have to look forward to if you stay here. MOVE OUT NOW!!

I don't know which building you live in, but we just renewed our rental lease, and we haven't had any problems. If you go into the office with that attuide, it's no wonder they don't fix anything. as far as the bugs, you pay for pest control in your rent, TRY USING IT!!! We havn't seen any rats, mold, or dead bodies in the pool. As Far as drugs, WAKE UP!!! They are everywhere! Don't be a part of the problem, CALL 911. If this place was so bad last time you lived here, why did you come back? It is what you make of it. If you are a hateful person, with a bad attuide, nowhere you go will be good enough for you. Go get a real job, then pay 1,500.00 for rent, or stop your bitchin!

I don't recall saying that I moved back in. Maybe if you would actually take the time to read my review the first time rather than skimming over it then you can comment on what I have said. I am sorry this must be some of the trashy management responding. Nobody would defend that complete and total dump. Oh and don't worry "sweetheart" I do have a real job so why don't you get off your lazy butt and get one so that you don't have to live in such a hell hole?! Maybe you should take that advice. I have a house now so I just was warning others to stay away from this DUMP!! But apparently you are used to living in a ---- hole so do as you please!!

It's funny how every good response has to be from the leasing office, according to you. Did you think that maybe this is a good apartment complex and plus it had to be if you actually moved in. You said you moved out a year ago, why are you still sweating this place. You are just ridiculous and get your facts straight, the company's name is AIMCO, ignorant! Obviously you need a hobby if you are still complaining about a place you moved out of a year ago. so like the other person commenting stop your bitchin and find something els to do!

You are all retarded! This place absolutely sucks. I have to agree with the original postings. My neighbor over the winter had the cabinets fall off the wall onto his son. It took him calling the owner of AIMCO to get a response. The leasing staff told him that it was an unfortunate situation but there was nothing could do. CABINETS FELL OFF THE F'ING wall and sent a kid to the hospital - WTF? I have always been pleasant to the leasing office. I got cussed out last year when I called on a weekend with no air and it was 95 outside. Then I was told there is no f'ing maintenance on the weekend, and this wasn't an emergency - despite the fact that I was told heat and a/c are absolutely emergencies in extreme conditions. A few weeks ago I called to inquire about moving to another unit. I found bigger units in the complex for $100 less than what I'm being charged. I seriously offered to move for the same rate, or even the $100 more, I was told that I am not allowed to move and that I just had to deal with not having a leasing special. I explained that I was willing to pay my current rate ($100 more for the same apartment they will charge someone else to move into) and they hung up on me. I'm sorry, but if you seriously think this is a great place to live- you are one of the RARE!
