Laurel Hills Preserve is a very large complex and as you can see only a couple of the tenants have something to say. I am pretty sure that this people in here probably did not get everything they want it so now they have an attitude. I mean come on, if you come in to the office with an attiude and no matter what the leasing staff tells you you still have an attiude, you are defenetly not going to get what you want. I urge you to read them and analize them, but come in and see for your self don't let someone elses bad experience decide where your new home is going to be. I admit that when they were the Falls it was not so pleasant but things have changed. They now have a nice staff and friendly too. Service request are done in a timely manner. Kelly, the community manager is very helpful but tell you what don't be late on your rent because Lisa don't play. I actully moved out, but only because my husband and i bought a house and i was sad to leave. Well i hope this actually helps and makes you want to come in.

If you think this is true, please, do yourself a favor and request police reports from the Cobb County Police and Marietta Police BEFORE you move in. If what the dozens of reports detail (from murders to car jackings and violent assaults to drug busts) doesn't scare the crap out of you, then move in and put your life and property in their hands!

Wow! When I moved in I wasn't even able to get the police to call me back and tell me about the police reports! Wish I had! BTW I never had attitude prior to moving in and seeing the dirty mess that was 1000 times diff then what I was shown and told I would be calling home! I'm not one of those extremely difficult to please people with unreal expectations!
