I've lived here for a year. I read reviews when i first came that said there was a lot of violence but it's a pretty quiet neighborhood other than that boy in the jeep cherokee driving around blasting his music to be cool. There is a bug problem. I'm a clean person but there are huge roaches that chill in front of your apartment in the grass waiting to run in when you open the door. They're in the apartment too. There is also hella spiders and centipede looking things. If you call maintenance they will come fix stuff within 24 hours or you make an appointment but they don't do the best job at fixing things. The pools are horrible. I went swimming in it once because it doesn't seem like there is any chlorine in it. It was nasty. The laundry facility can be a lot better. Half the washer and dryers don't work. You have to dry your clothes multiple times even if its a light load. I haven't used my gate key in so long but it doesnt matter if the gates work or not because the gates stay open until like 9:30pm then they close them (when they work)so anyone can get in during the day. The walls are pretty thin. My neighbors have sex like every night... the woman screams like a maniac and i can hear their bed knocking against my wall. my sink in my bathroom is stopped up....it was like that when i moved in. Drano doesn't even work. You have to do magic tricks to make the toilet stop running or your water bill will be high. The appliances in my apt were new but the dishwasher run water all over the floor so i never use it. Rent keeps going up as if they're improving my living experience or like my apt. is getting any better

Too funny! The pool behind the leasing office isn't chlorine-it's salt water. Everything else I agree with you on though! Atleast you have new appliances! My cabinets are splintered and don't close properly, I was told they'd be replaced within the first 6 months of me being there. That would be a year ago they said that. Maintenance is not properly trained, I agree. My air hasn't worked for a year. I had them out about 20 times last summer only for them to tell me it's fine. That must be why it is never cooler than 80 in my apartment (despite all fans, plus a personal oscillating one and the air set on 65-68. Oh yeah! It's been such a joy living here the past year!
