Laurel Hills was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE for me. I went 9 months with issues of NO HOT WATER in my shower unit. They could not fix it, ended up calling a professional plumbing company to tear out the shower unit fixtures and replace... Good Grief.!.... and then 2 solid months of no heat through the cold winter months. Management was so rude and uncompassionate it was unbelievable... Living conditions were extremely poor, maintenance staff just weren't knowledgeable enough to correct the problems. They painted the apartment before I moved in, the paint was soooo thick in an attempt to COVER UP the bad MOLD PROBLEM they had on the walls, that when i vacuumed the floor, I had this thick dust in my vacuum cleaner canister, it burned up my vacuum cleaner. They wouldn't listen and didn't care. It was an absolute nightmare. On the outside it looks good, but don't be fooled.!.... Not a safe place to live for kids, drugs.... Oh, and the roaches were huge.!...
