I think it's retarded that people would post bad reviews for this place.

It is big, so I may just live at a good part. Who knows'
Anyway, it's really quiet where I'm at and just nice... Everyone I've dealt with here is very professional and polite.
The only problem I have is that when they decide to weed eat/cut grass/or blow leaves with loud ass machines is about 9 in the morning.
I'm a college student with late night classes, so 9 in the friggin morning is too early for me to be woke up by loud noises outside my window.
I've heard some people call this the ghetto and that it straight up ridiculous. If you've actually ever seen a real ghetto, you would think this is paradise.

Oh yeah, and I agree with another review on here.
Stupid kid riding around in that jeep, playing loud music, trying to be a badass.
