Laurel Hills Preserve
I have been a tenant at this complex for several years and I have had several issues while I have been in this apartment. To begin my apartment was roach infested; everywhere I turned there were roaches (my bedroom, dinning area, bathroom and kitchen). I have had to leave my kitchen light on so I can decrease the amount of roaches that appeared, which in return have left me with a high electric bill every month. The stairs are very shaky and unstable. The lights at the mailbox were always turned off. The customer care that I have received from the staff at the leasing office has been unsatisfactory. This place is very unorganized. The new leasing manager has a major attitude and is very unprofessional and not helpful. The leasing staffs are liars and cannot be trusted, they will say anything to get you to move in these awful apartment. Please DO NOT move here.
