Honestly, I am pleased with my stay here. I've had a 6 month lease and am sad to go. The pricing is great and I love my apartment. Noise has never been a problem and bugs haven't been either. My only complaints are with the management. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! On my first visit with them I was told a few things about short-term lease length and additional fees. On my second visit to sign a lease, what I was told had changed and instead of paying an extra $15 a month, it somehow jumped to $75 a month. Ridiculous. I was infuriated and the girl helping me lied through her teeth about it. Fortunately, I had the other things quoted written down, so she couldn't change that. Anyway, rent is still cheaper than other places around for the quality. I'd recommend it to students from KSU especially since they give a discount.

Rent may be cheaper-but it really is worth it to pay a few extra bucks and go somewhere safe! I work with a lot of police & fire and they tell me that it is SUPER dangerous over in this complex and that is why I am moving as SOON as my lease is up this summer!

The new Management is the worst l've ever seen. when you go to their office and they hear that you aint renewing your lease, they treat you like trash, when you ask for something to be repaired they take weeks,and yet some stuff need to be repaired immediately. About safety l don't recommend anyone to go there, yes l agree it's a quiet place but whatever happens in that quietness you don't want to know about it, also my car was stolen from the complex last yr. Im just glad to be out of there
