I have just recently moved in and the office staff have been great. Yes, they are extremely busy but they are always pleasant.The apartment is nice for the price. The neighbors are quiet and respectful so far.
Everyone seems to just mind their own business and go about their day.
The pool closest to my apartment has been out of order since the 3rd day I moved in, but it was the contractors that resurfaced the pool that made a mistake not the complex itself. So they are not to blame.
So far I love it and would recommend it to others.
No bugs, no fires, no floods as I have seen in previous reviews. Those must have been the ones that didn't pay their rent and got kicked out.
