Management is full of excuses and lies

From the day i moved in it was like a bandaid covering an open wound.From broken refrigator parts to shower and tub not working.I had 2 pages of things not fixed 3 weeks later I still did not have the issue resolved management would lie to my face and tell me I said something I did not, I heard more times than I can count they thought someone else had fixed it.And even so it still took forever to get fixed.Management had lost my spare key and no one seemed to know where it was. Patios/windows/doors have no insulation air comes thru like they are open so expect a very high heating bill. From a cosmetic view the apartments are nice but if you want things to work properly and like things at a certain standard (a properly functional bath/shower) these are dumps.Also many days you can find bags and bags of garbage sitting on the ground because the dumpters are full management can't tell who put it there but it is they're job to get it up. You have a couple staff members who are nice and try hard but management job is to sale apartments and seperate you from your money good customer service,definatly not customer satisfaction,nor good marketing seems to matter to management if you are desperate and don't mind be over charged than this is the place for you other wise my advice with so many apartment complexes in Marietta you can do better.
