From the outside this place looks very well kept together. From the inside this place is a dump! The management sucks, especially Hector Matheu, who no longer works here because of his lack of care for his tenants. First of all, it's infested with roaches, the bathtub is peeling because some idiot painted it with flat wall paint (dumb as hell) not to mention unsanitary. A maintenance request takes weeks to be answered. The mailbox station looks like it was built in the 1930's. There are no locks on the windows,so anyone can just break in at anytime. The grounds in the back are kept dirty while the front area near the model apartment is pristeen.
While the apartments are the largest I've lived in, it's really not worth the 950.00 I pay for. I'd rather be living in a home which I will be doing when the lease ends.

I disagree with the title. I think this place is full of sh## from outside as well as inside.
