I lived here for a year now. They changed the name from Laurel Valley to Grand Villas. Its the same deal so don't get fooled. This place is full of roaches. The management is sorry and full of excuse. We experienced water dripping down from the floor above us and flooding our washer and dryer area. If you look from outside you will notice the windows are all different shapes and are broken. The place is full of drug dealers, prostitutes, illegal immigrants, thieves and jobless people. Shopping carts in front of most of the buildings show that people living here steal carts from nearby Walmart and most don't even have cars. Very unsafe neighborhood. This place is full of sh** from outside as well as inside.

I totally agree with you. This prostitute walks the streets day and night, cold or not. Not to mention last month in the P Bldg, I walked in on someone in the staircase robbing a drug dealer at gun point early on a Saturday morning ( this is no lie). Police never showed up. The Bldg that I live in only has 2 occupied tenants. Everyone is moving out. I can't wait til March when I get the heck outta there!

I ALSO LIVE IN THE P BLDG. I WONT SAY THIS IS THE PLACE TO LIVE I HAVE BEEN IN THIS BLDG FOR 2 MONTHS BEFORE I WAS IN C BLDG APT1 AND LET ME TELL YOU THAT BLDG IS FULL OF ROACHES AND 20 -------- TO 1 APARTMENT IT IS VERY LOUD AND DIRTY. IN MY PART OF BLDG P I DON'T REALLY HAVE ANY PROBLEMS I DON'T HAVE ANY ROACHES OR BUGS LIKE BLDG C. MY ONLY COMPLIANT IS THAT THEY MOVED A FAMILY OF 6KIDS AND 2 ADULTS ABOVE ME IN A 2 BEDROOM APT. IT SOUNDS LIKE THEY R GONNA COME THREW THE FLOOR EVERYDAY AND THERE MUSIC IS SO LOUD.

I also live in P building and have not had ANY problems! I have never seen this so called postitute u mentioned nor have i seen any drug dealers in the neighborhood, just a bunch of cheerful kids playing outside!
