I am a former resident of Lincoln Hills. Intially, I loved the complex. However, over time the care and courtesy of the staff deminised. I have never known an apartment complex to change staff so often. You can never establish any type of relationship w/the staff, b/c before you know it there GONE!
I recently moved out of LH. The access gates NEVER work, the grounds are not well kept, crime was getting out of hand, the fitness center (JOKE), the pool area (ridiculous). Depsite all that the main, reason I moved was for two reasons (1) the rude STAFF the more they change the worst they get and (2) they would not lower my rent to be competitive to other complexes, but they let TRASH in for $500-600 a month. All I wanted was my rent to be lowered from almost $900 to $750! They bluntly refussed.
I have found a more spacious apartment with a courteous staff, clean environment, working gates, wonderful fitness area, and much lower rent!
