i was a recent resident of lincoln hills (2001-2003) just recently moved out and i saw the decline of the property starting about 7-9 months ago, like the previous statements the management changes all the time, and as far as repairs they come far and in between my apartment flooded 5 times and every change of seasons where the air conditioner would be used it flooded the hall carpet and the only thing they did was pull up the foam and left you to walk on the hard concrete floor over crowding working on cars in the parking lot it was really out of control i could go on and on but list to the reviews and just save your money for a house or find you somewhere else to live.
