Human nature says, when you are happy, you generally stay in comfort mode. So it is obivious you wont see much of positive response. I have been living here since year. I would not surely say this is great Place to live!!! But sure this is place to live worth its rent. This place does has service problem, however if you approch right person ( hint, hint.. manager) I have notice your request has been taken care in time. Being old comunity, it has some maintanance issues. But with proper approch, it does resolved. I have live in better community, but than I have paid more money for it!!! So I decide to renew my lease for one more year just to save some bucks for down payment for place of my own!!!! You should do the same!!!! :)
