I still live here and I can't wait until my lease is up. I've been renting apartments for at lease 15 years now up and down the east coast. I've lived in New York, Virginia, North Carolina, Flordia and most recent here in Marietta, Georgia. I have never in my life been so displeased with my living situation until I moved to Lincoln Hills. The MANAGEMENT IS ABSOLUTELY, WITHOUT A DOUBT, THE MOST UNFRIENDLY, NOT HELPFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED GROUP OF PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE. Do not call the office for assistance for anything. You will get alot of attitude after the fact that you have been on hold for 20 minutes. Do not refer anyone to Lincoln Hills. I still haven't received my money. You have been warned. Maintenance is cool. But it's hard for them to do their work when they don't receive the work order. Because it was misplaced 2 times.
