Don't Move Here

I'm sorry to say this was my first apartment out of college (I stayed in the dorms prior to this).
1. As this was supposedly a controlled entrance community (though the gate was always broken), it took forever for the management to give me a working access code so that I could let my guests in from my apartment.
2. Three of my car tires were slashed for no reason. I had to replace my tires at a cost of almost $400. I called the office to explain what happened. They never called me back. I sent a letter to the management's HQ which came back to me unopened. I later found out that at least 5 cars got their tires slashed.
3. The night of my tire slashings, someone drove their car into one of the apartments.
4. Parents let their bratty kids play on the excercise equipment like its a jungle gym -- right in front of their faces! Then the excercise room was closed for months for "renovations." I would've never moved there if there was no excercise room.
5. Because the community wasn't that secure, people from other communities often came and used Lincoln Hill's pool.
6. The employees in the leasing office are always changing.
7. When I decided not to renew my lease (I found a better-managed, bigger apartment for less) the office people wanted to know why. I told them about all the problems I'd been having. When they sent me my deposit back, they enclosed a sheet, stating that I left because I found a cheaper apartment. They were lying because that's not what I told them.
