I live at Lincoln Hills for 1 year this was if not the worse apartment community the health department should shut it down just because of the roaches and everything else that crawl into your apartment. The staff (i.e. Keis**, Enriq***, and everyone else) who ends up in that hell hole act like they don't know there apartments are infested with roaches. They must think it's normal. Aside from the bugs I have came home many nights only to find my door unlocked and told the staff that and they act as if it was ok. I blame the staff for that poor lady getting sexually assaulted the other day because that neighborhood is not as safe as they make it seem. Then the stray animals are enough for you to start a zoo. I feel sorry for all the people I told it was cool to live there. If they fired the trash maybe that would be a start of a better upbringing for the community.
