I've been living here for about 7 months now, and I am very annoyed by the community...the Water Bill is outrageously huge every month, and it's only my wife and I...when I came to check out this place they told me that the water bill was avg. $30.00 a month, bull, maybe add another 1 in the beg. for $130 a month, I mean come on now, $130 a month for Water, how stupid is that...the whole experience is so bad with the apartments, they totally need a huge renovation with different management...Anybody looking for an apartment in the Marietta Area, this is a WARNING, STAY AWAY FROM LINCOLN HILLS..., AND BY THE WAY, I didn't even mention the countless robberies that have taken place at this apartment complex...

I would also like to state that the water bills @ this apt is phenomenal. You will pay more for your water then on your electric and gas bill put together.

The comments about rude management, excessively high water bills, bugs, crime and parking are not being exaggerated!!! My boyfriend currently lives there in a one bedroom and his water bills range from $85-100. May I mind you he lives alone! The management is very rude and it wasn't at all clean when he moved in... His lease is almost up and he will be finding somewhere else to live in a couple months (thank God)! The only bad thing about the move will probably be the (move-out) cleaning fees even though the apartment will be spotless.
