I've been living here for over 2 years and I'm finally at a point where I can move the heck out. The first year wasn't too bad. I did have someone come into my apartment, but the staff replaced my locks for free the same day. The last year was horrible though. The people below me were loud and disgusting. I was constantly calling the cops on them. The apartment has no one who comes to patrol through even though they have the option on their phone service. The office staff constantly loses packages and looked at me when like I was nuts when I complained about the people down stairs. I finally was able to get them kicked out for grilling on the porch. We have roaches everywhere now because of those people. The place has been sprayed twice with no help. The gates never work and there has been several car breakins. My car has been hit numerous times because people don't care. Overall I wouldn't bother unless ou don't mind dealing with crime and office staff that are rude and everchanging. Also the water bill is high. We gave up last summer on running the a/c since there are huge gaps around the doors, which I have asked to get fixed multiple times.

I just recently moved out of Lincoln Hills this past weekend. While cleaning up the apartment bugs came pouring out from under the base boards. It was disgusting. The whole place should be condemned.
